I found this quilt fabric with birds...loved it.   I chose 12 different blocks from the website Quilt Blocks Galore that were 12 inch blocks and a square in the center.   I then fussy cut the fabric so that a bird was in this center block.    It was so fun to make 12 different blocks.   I did feather quilting on the sashing strips and a fancy spirals on the outer borders.

    My amazing husband made the yellow swing chair on our porch....a perfect mother's day gift for me.
