Made this quilt from a quilt pattern called Evening Star by Kim Diehl.    Hand applique and free motion quilting.

This pattern is called Star Flower.......table runner by Sharon Keightley.  I did hand applique and free motion quilting.  The combination of hand applique, machine piecing and machine quilting is my favorite.

A headband to match the birthday dress.

My granddaughter's birthday dress......turning 5.  She wanted purple, pink and orange with a chihuahua on front.......

Finally finished.  The machine quilting took over a month.  Hand applique was so fun.  Very good sampling of my fabric stash.
