Star Bright Quilt with my blue scraps.  Camille Roskelley pattern. On the wall is also Camille Roskelley pattern called Swoon Sixteen.  Lots of edge to edge quilting.  

 Whistle Stop Quilt.  Enjoyed piecing it.  I decided to quilt it with my regular sewing machine.  The longarm is loaded with another quilt.  It is not easy to quilt on the regular machine........I had some difficulty.  The longarm is much easier now for me.  

 A Very large quilt.  My new sewing friend Cynde and I each made this quilt.  Took us 9 months.  We did change the design a bit.  We left out the tiny pieces that were in the pattern.  This is a Lori Holt pattern called Calico Garden.  Used Lori Holt fabrics.  She has videos to watch for the construction of each square.  Super fun to make.  

 In my retirement community we started a Quilt group.  Four Season's Quilters.

Meeting once a month in the clubhouse.  10 women have signed up.  Our first gathering was January 4, 2024.  Super fun!  We each brought our own projects.  Some brought machines and some did hand work.  Very fun group of women!

Made this quilt with left over blocks from my Calico Garden quilt.  More Lori Holt fabric.  Maybe I need to ease into other fabrics...........But I really like how this turned out and it was fun to longarm quilt a smaller quilt for a change. 

 

 This snowball quilt was made with old ties.  The quilt was made by an 85 year old woman who can no longer quilt.  I believe she has arthritic hands.  She used to be a seamstress for the Atlantic City Miss America pageant.  Her daughter asked if I could finish the quilt for her.  I did an over all stippling pattern with my longarm and hand sewed the binding.  It was very big.......maybe even King sized.  Too much for me.  The quilts are too heavy at this size.  I will stick to smaller quilts from now on.  I did enjoy working on this quilt.  I think it turned out nicely.  

 Starry Cabin Quilt by Jessica Dayon.  I bought this bundle of fabric at the Quilting Bee in Spokane.  Love the fabrics.  Pattern was easy to follow and it went together quickly.  I haven't posted for awhile.  I've been working on a Lori Holt quilt that is very large.  I also quilted 2 quilts for others.
