Taught Etta and Wilma to  hand piece these quilts.  I made the bottom two into pillow cases.  I think they turned out cute.

 Another Lori Holt quilt pattern.  This is called Great Granny Quilt.  My friend Cynde and I each made this quilt together.  I'm giving  her my quilt to give to her mother.  She is giving her quilt like this to her sister.  It took us 6 months to complete.  Lots of scraps.  Mostly Lori Holt fabric.  Scrappy quilts are very fun to make.  Choosing the fabrics for each square.  I have not even come close to using up my fabric scraps.  I am sure I won't live long enough to use them up.  Of course, I keep buying more!!

Bought the brown and pink border fabric in Lancaster, PA.  So decided to make a brown and pink quilt from my scraps.  Pattern is called Rolling Star Quilt.  I hand pieced the blocks.  They were just too small to machine sew.  Did an edge to edge quilting pattern.

   

 Bought this cross stitch kit at the Betsy Ross House in Philadelphia.  A trip with daughter and granddaughters.  After I stitched the sampler I added borders and made it into a mini quilt.

 My friend Julie, bought this quilt kit for me.  Making a wedding gift for her step grandchild.  Pattern was called Blessed by Nature.  Loved the fabric that came in the kit.  I worked especially hard at matching the seams.........straight and diagonal.
