This pattern is called Sought-after Neighborhood by Tina Curran.  The houses were done with Paper Piecing.  I used a different method of Paper Piecing viewed on Youtube.  The new method didn't waste as much fabric as my old method.  I used double batting before my innova longarm quilting.  As usual............very fun to make.

Using my favorite fabrics again.  Did feathers in all the borders.  I'm definitely getting better at feathers.  Pattern is called Madison on Quilt Blocks Galore website.
